BIOGRAPHY
Eric JUNCA is the founder of JUNCA & ASSOCIÉS. He supports our clients in the strategy of defending their intangible assets, as well as in the contractual framework of their activities with their industrial and commercial partners, particularly internationally.
During his university studies in France and in the USA where he acquired an L.L.M. At Georgetown University Law Center, Eric JUNCA developed a strong interest in intellectual property and international law.
Eric JUNCA holds specializations in Intellectual Property Law and New Technologies, and IT and Communication Law as well.
Eric JUNCA is a Member of the Steering Committee of Medef 31, where he co-leads the Digital and Innovation Commission.
